Prenuptial with Filipina

I know this is too late to do you any good, but I answer for others
like yourself...

My Filipina fiancee is coming to the USA. I would like to marry her in Illinois.
Can I get a prenuptial agreement in Illinois? Is it a good state for marriage and divorce if it should, sadly, ever occur?
Should I get married with a pre-nup in Las Vegas instead? Can one even do that?
